Success on paper didn’t automatically create the life I wanted. My business was growing, but it was reactive, time-heavy and stretched in capacity; often pulled between business demands and the moments that mattered most with my son.

That was the moment I started rethinking how a business should actually be built.

Now I look at business with the full picture in mind; clients, revenue, sales performance and capacity.
